Our management portfolio consists of the following types of commercial real estate properties: office buildings, retail centers, industrial buildings, medical buildings, and multi-unit residential properties. Our clients are individual owners, partnerships, trustees, financial institutions and law firms. It is our goal to provide responsive commercial property management services based on a pro-active foundations of practices which allow us the ability to reduce operating expenses, increase income, service tenants, increase property values and provide ownership with timely comprehensive reporting and recommendations to achieve their short and long term goals. We devote 100% of our time to the buildings we manage. We have acted on scores of assignments as a Receiver appointed by the Courts for institutions, lenders and private individuals. These appointments not only require management expertise but also a higher level of bonding.
